AI Research Tool:
Bearly.AI is an AI research tool that claims it’s “the world’s best AI, at your fingertips”. It promises to save “hundreds of hours reading and writing with the world’s best AI,” and is packaged as a desktiop applicaton (Mac, Linux, Windows). Creator Trung Phang explains in this video:
It claims to have many of the standard features of generative AI, including text continuation, summarization, grammar correction, headline writing, and even a “counterargument” feature. I haven’t used it yet, but if it works as advertised it is exactly the sort of thing I’ve been looking for: an AI-powered tool to augment my reading and writing.
